How we print our bags

We print our eco-friendly bags using the most durable printing method available — screen printing. We can produce up to 10,000 promotional bags per day. Our facility runs a 12-color color-separation screen printing press alongside two smaller machines. We specialize in full-color printing on fabric bags.

Pictured here is an example of a 12-color print on a white cotton twill bag. The print covers the entire surface of the fabric bag. Printing was applied to the cut fabric panels before the bag was sewn together.

Here you can see a print on a yellow cotton bag. The bag is made from Panama-weave fabric, with the print in a single black color. Because the print on this promotional bag was darker than the substrate, no underbase was needed.

Here is an example of a 5-color print on a colored eco bag. To achieve accurate colors, a white underbase was applied beneath the main print, along with an anti-migration base layer.
